Australia Shipping Update

Hi all!

I've gotten several messages from backers whose surveys aren't letting them select Australia for their country- I really appreciate everyone reaching out! I attempted to fix the problem by adding a new shipping profile exclusively for Australia, which wound up not working. As far as I know, USPS currently does ship first class international to Australia so I'm not quite sure where this error is rooted, but I've reached out to BackerKit directly to get this taken care of! Hopefully the issue will be solved within the next few days- I'll be sure to update you either way! If the error persists, I'll reach out to Australia backers directly in order to get your reward choices and shipping information, so don't worry about missing the survey window!!

Survey time!

Hi all!

Good news- the funds have been received, BackerKit has approved the surveys/add-ons, and we are ready to go!! I'll be sending out surveys within the next 24 hours, so keep an eye out in your email inbox (including spam folder) for the link! The email will be coming from BackerKit, and should have something in the subject along the lines of "Becca Farrow" or "Cutting Edge".

Right now I'm planning to lock surveys on Wednesday June 14th in order to begin production, so make sure to get your surveys in before that time! Also, locking surveys means only your reward choices will be locked- you will still be able to update your shipping address up until directly before shipping!

Also, I will be opening up a Preorder store for the Cutting Edge campaign! All Cutting Edge enamel pins, stickers, and embroidered patches will be available for purchase (at full retail price) through the preorder store! The Preorder shop will not have access to previous Kickstarter Campaign Pins, nor backer exclusive prices; those offers will still be reserved for campaign backers. Mostly, the preorder store will allow people who missed the original campaign to get in on the Cutting Edge merch (that would have gone up in my online store eventually). I'm hoping this will help me place a more accurate order through my manufacturer as well! This will also assist me in placing accurate order numbers with my manufacturer!

Campaign Complete! Next Steps!

Hello Friends!

The Cutting Edge campaign has officially concluded! Together we unlocked ALL FIVE designs- not only as enamel pins, but as vinyl stickers and embroidered patches as well!! Thank you all SO much for your support; I couldn't be here without y'all!!!

So! What comes next?

1. Kickstarter will be attempting to charge your provided payment method within the next few days! Pledges are reviewed and processed within 2 weeks of campaign completion. If, for some reason, the charge does not go through, Kickstarter will ask you to provide updated payment information. Please keep an eye out and make sure your payment goes through so you are able to get your rewards!

2. Once payments have been processed, Kickstarter will send me the funds! This happens about 2 weeks from the end of the campaign. Right now, I'm estimating I'll receive the funds on or shortly after May 29th. Once I have received the funds, I can start placing production orders and get things rolling.

3. Surveys get sent out!! Expect to receive the BackerKit survey email shortly after I receive funds (most likely at some point during the week of May 29th). This is where you will be able to choose which designs you would like for your rewards, provide your shipping address, and purchase add-on pins, stickers and patches. If you send me separate emails or messages containing your pin requests, I will not be entering those into your survey. If you receive a digital commission with your rewards, I will reach out to you separately to discuss the commission. When surveys are sent out, you will receive an email from BackerKit, and I will send out a Kickstarter update to remind you to watch for it!

Last Chance! Campaign ends in less than 20 hours!

Hi friends! 

Just wanted to give y'all a heads up that the Cutting Edge Campaign is ending in under 20 hours!!!

Quick reminders:

• Backers will be able select all five of the Cutting Edge designs as Enamel Pins, as well as purchase all five designs as add-on Stickers and Patches
• Backers will also be able to add enamel pins from my previous campaigns as add-on items at the backer exclusive price of $10 each (regularly $12) 

Make sure to spread the word, pledge and get in on the campaign while you can!! See y'all on the other side <3

Hello Friends!!

Welcome to the Cutting Edge campaign!! I'm honored to have you here, and thank you times a million for supporting my work. It wouldn't be possible without you!

I'm excited to announce that ALL designs and stretch goals from the campaign have been unlocked, which means when the campaign is completed you will have a bevy of choices to make for your rewards! 

So What's Next? 

Well, the campaign still has a little over two weeks to go until it's complete, so if you have any friends who might want to get in on some guillotines, spread the word! And for those of you looking to get in on some pin designs from my past campaigns, the more support the Cutting Edge campaign receives, the more pre-existing pins I will be able to bring back to the store in the Backer-Exclusive offer (seen below)!!

After completion, there's a bit of buffer time while payments are processed and sent to me via Kickstarter, but shortly afterward (typically around 2 weeks after the campaign ends) will come surveys and add-on time! This will be when you're able to add any stretch goals, extra pins, or previous pin designs to your rewards.

TLDR: Spread the word about the campaign and extra pins, hang tight, and think about what you'll be choosing for rewards! More information will be sent out as the campaign wraps up.
